| Computational Facilities | |

All of the IBEST Systems use Unix based operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Solaris). This means that you will need to know at least some basic UNIX functionality. A good UNIX tutorial for the beginner can be found here. Navigate to the Clusters page to view a list of tutorials and utilities related to running on the IBEST Beowulf Clusters. For assistance with the utilities or tutorials contact the Cluster Administrator. These will grow as we continue to write more in-house utilities and create more tutorials. You may connect to the IBEST servers using ssh or sftp. |
